NIC Asia Bank is once again selling 801476 shares of SuryaJyoti Life Insurance

Kathmandu, Nic asia bank ltd has announced the sale of 801,476 promoter shares Suryajyoti Life Insurance Company Limited again. This time bank puts 8,01,476 number of shares at sale. The company has set a minimum price of NPR 208 per share for the sale, which is currently open only to existing founder shareholders.

 

Since April 2024 Nic Asia bank sold more then 5 lakh number of promotor share. Again, bank decided big volume of share at sell. Currently, the shares can only be purchased by the company’s existing promoter shareholders. The cooperation stated that if the founders do not purchase the shares within 35 days, they will be offered to the general public.

 

Interested shareholders are required to submit all essential documents, specifying the number of shares they wish to purchase and the proposed price. All the necessary documents must be submitted to NIC Asia Capital, the company’s share registrar, located in Thapathali, Kathmandu.

 

In June Nic Asia bank announced for auction share at Rs 165 per share. Nic Asia is the big investor of suryajyoti life. and, last time bank going to exit the company due to nonprofessional and ethical consideration in suryajyoti life.
